Opportunities to enter the world of photonics

Photonics is one of the most exciting and innovative areas of applied research. Hybrid integrated photonic devices form the basis for dynamically growing application fields in telecommunications, sensor technology, environmental analysis, diagnostics and quantum technology.

We are pleased to give you an insight into the working world of photonics and its entry opportunities. We have invited various companies to present themselves and their jobs. In addition, our colleagues from the different areas will report on their daily work: from students to microtechnologists to scientific employees, you can get to know the whole range of photonics at Fraunhofer HHI.

You will also have the opportunity to visit our labs and talk to the company representatives and ask questions.
